职位描述：

Responsible for Software development :
Perform the benchmark analysis and technology watch
Launch Product IP Search Clearance & Filing
Define functional and technical specifications
Define the variable parts
Develop the SW coding and perform the test plan

2. Responsible for SW project planning activity
Define and update the planning level 2
Responsible for S-CCB review;
3. Responsible for technical review
Organize the design review with Geeds
Perform DFMEA , AFI AFE
Follow and report Technical development status

4. Define car driving strategy
Perform car driving strategy benchmark analysis
Define recommended rule specification

4 Responsible for technical validation
Define the validation plan for each project phase
Schedule , follow and perform the validation plan
Responsible for coaching develop team for technical;
5. Responsible for technical solution Responsible for SW project planning activity;
Valid the technical solution to achieve the specification
Assure the traceability, justification of coding, versions and configuration
