Job Title: Supplier  Advanced Quality Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Responsibility:
1. Follow SPDP process to ensure flawless launch of new programs
2. Meet the quality metrics: FTQ, Supplier Spills, PPM, etc.
3. Meet timing goals or escalate through proper channels
4. Ensure program data is accurately reflected in supplier quality database
5. Lead launch review meeting with AQE’ & Buyers
6. Ensure program and technical reviews are completed on time
7. Complete risk assessments
8. Determine cause of supplier quality problems and coordinate/implement effective and timely resolution
9. Perform on-site reviews of manufacturing processes and quality systems

Qualifications / Experience/Education(Required/Preferred):
1. College degree
2. More than 3 years experience in  Supplier Quality  
3. Know and understand the China supply base
4. Working knowledge of quality requirement (TS-16949 / QS-9000)
5. Technical understanding of statistics
6. Good problem solving abilities
