排气系统-热端(三元催化器封装)

我在找一个做汽车排气系统-热端这块三元催化器封装的工程师职位，他会参与三元催化器的设计和开发以及隔热衬垫的选择，以及耐久性验证等工作

工作地点在上海，是公司在中国的研发中心，研发力量和技术都很先进。

工作年限1年以上就可以看，当然工作时间长一些也很好，因为公司对这块的需求较大，国内这样的专业人才又比较少，所以只要背景合适又感兴趣的，我都希望能跟他沟通一下

这个职位对于语言的要求不算太高，最重要是在技术上能够用英文沟通，毕竟还是要和全球研发中心在技术上会有很多合作

若是没有专注做过催化器封装的。做过催化器设计的也可以。

PS.这个职位是工程师的职位，薪酬可以谈，但是要说明的是，这不是一个管理岗位。若是以及做到部门主管或经理的人，可能就不合适了。

Position Titles:        Hot End Engineer – Automotive Exhaust System

Requirement

•Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
•Familiar with Emission Control system such as catalyst converter
•Sound background in product development and durability testing
•Good knowledge of tolerance design and compensation
•Profound knowledge of English language in reading, writing and speaking

Responsibilities:
•Responsible for converter canning design and development including the mat selection and durability validation to minimize the warranty risk.
•Using and optimizing various analytical tools to design and develop exhaust hot end and converter canning
•Set up and manage test programs to validate hot-end predictions, analyze the data produced and create standardized test procedures also for new testing techniques and methods
•Preparation, instrumentation, calibration, documentation and set up of test samples
•Interface with internal and external customers.

哈哈，催化器封装就几个方式。捆绑式，压入式，蚌壳式，冒是轿车对GBD控制比较严。呵呵
