Position: Deputy General Manager/Quality Director
Report to: General Manager

Responsibilities:
1、To establish, maintain & conduct Quality Assurance System;
2、Supplier PPAP approval, quality control & audit;
3、To control quality cost and process quality, as well as the inspection process;
4、Maintain an effective Quality Improvement Program and initiate action throughout the company on non-conforming or potentially non-conforming product process;
5、Constantly Coach, train & develop a competent quality team;
6、Maintain good communication with the parent company and Chinese offices;

Qualifications:
1、Bachelor's degree or above, automobile/machine major;
2、At least 10 years quality management experience in world class company, excellent quality system implementation, problem solving and coach experience.;
3、 Have knowledge on how to evaluate and review new & existing factories for business cooperation purposes;
4、Familiar with ISO9001、ISO14001、TS16949 system;
5、Certified six sigma black belt in world class company, DMAIC and DFSS;
6、Good communication, organization, coordination ability and high spirit of teamwork;
7、Self motivated, and high proficiency in English;
