上海一家瑞典公司招聘几名安全带高度调节器工程师，岗位职责如下：
Bachelor degree in Technical Engineering.
2 years or above working experiences in plastic and stamping parts design, also with basic experience in automobile parts design.
Can design the parts with CAD.
Have basic knowledge of automobile parts, familiar with CATIA or AUTOCAD.

Understand GD&T, FMEA/DOE/QFD.
Fluent in English reading, writing, listening and speaking.

Job Responsibilities:
To be responsible for assigned product development projects.
Undertake problem solving projects related to area of responsibility inline with cost, timing and quality objectives.
Regularly report project status in terms of cost, timing and quality objectives, to the project leader and parallel to Eng. man.
Prepare documentation and technical data including material, test planning, sample order and conducting test programs.
Evaluate design change requests & report on feasibility and estimate how much time is needed for assigned task.
Assist purchasing in supplier contact. Assess PPAP submissions.                                                               
Provide technical support to Production, in expeditiously resolving product design related issues.
Prepare for production by release of technical data and drawings.
Prepare customer PPAP and obtain customer approval.
Communicate with internal customer about the progress of projects and obtaining of necessary information to complete the project on time.
Perform work in line with current treaties, procedure, regulations and Autoliv quality system.
Contribute to continue improvements, innovations and standardization.
Represent engineering in project team and assist project leader with internal project management.
Complete the works arranged by Group Manager and Dept.Manager.

职位JD写的相对比较严苛，要求有两年以上的安全带设计经验，英语可以基本读写即可。
