Title:                        Test Engineer Engine System Application
Location:                  Shanghai, China
Report to:                Team leader Engine Systems
Subordinates:           N/A
Job Purpose:
        Support the local application engineering regarding tests of engine systems, mainly tests at belt drive (such as OAP components) TR’s.
Responsibility:
        preparing and performing engine tests e.g.at solenoid valve test rigs and motored engine test rigs
        test result evaluation & reporting
        timely arrangement of tests acc. project schedule
        capacity load optimization
        responsible for proper conditions of test equipment: arrangement of parts, samples as well test rigs
        further development of test methods
        audit-support
        QMS implementation and follow up
        EHS implementation and follow up
        contact person for application engineering & plant
        close cooperation with the experts worldwide
        Training and leading of the respective Mechanics
Critical Competency:
        engineering experience
        good command in English or German
        good practical & computer skills
        good communication skills
        team player
        independent and open minded
Required Education & Experience:
        Major subject in graduation: mechanical- / automotive-engineering
        - min. 3 years working experience (preferred in automotive / engine engineering)
