Job Description:
Program/Project Management
1.Planning and responsible leading of projects within Market Segment Asia Pacific according to the project management handlook and guidelines of quality handbook
2.Responsibility for projects in terms of timing, quality, capacity, financials and budget
3.Supporting of Sales/Key Account Management also in the acquistion phase with project management tasks
4.Creating of Business Plans
5.Creating check-lists,gate-reviews and presentation in order to getting internal approvals
6.Clearing of prototype and tooling orders from customer in order that these can be processed by the logistic/supply chain department of each plant
7.Ensure continuous information flow and co-operation between all departments
8.Implemetation and execution of project specific customer requirements like APQP,PPAP,etc.
9.Reporting in CPC
10.Continuously carry out project meetings,project reviews and ensure continous improvement process
11.Pro-active creation,definition of standards and methodology and tools in order to ensure efficient execution of the process from RFQ to handing over a project to the serial production / supply chain
12.Implementation of risk management
13.Establish and keep good customer relationship in alignment with Key Account Manager
14.Fulfil the customer request by considering the possibilities within HOERBIGER
15.Create and keep the project reports as well as multi-project list up-to-date
16.Monitor the project status in case of deviations implement escalation management
17.Training of Employmees in processes and guide-lines from RFQ to handing over project into serial production
18.Ensure standards, up-to-date templates,etc.
19.Take over other tasks assigned by superior
Personal Management(if applicalbe e.g. solution team members)
1.collaborating in HR/head count planning with AP HR to achieve the set company goals
2.setting targets and continuously does reviews with its employees
3.being responsible for the justification of salary level and its adjustment
4.being responsible for employee selection in respect to qalification
5.being respinsible to motivate and keeping its employees on-board
Qualification requirement:
1.University degree majored in mechanical engineering and/or MBA
2.Fluent English, PC-Know How(MS Office,SAP), QS 9000/VDA 6, ISO TS 16949
3.Automotive OEM Sales and/or Project management experience of advanced technical products
