MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

•        Set standard of production equipment
•        Relationship maintain with equipment vendors
•        Provide expertise proposal for all lines including existing lines and new launched lines
•        Drive new generation process innovation
•        Engineer training / mentoring and development
•        Work closely with PD to help DFM (Design for Manufacturing)
•        Leverage knowledge from ISC(Integrated Supply Chain) Group Manufacturing Technology (GMT) team and site LPO.

EXPERIENCE:

•        5+ Yrs process/ manufacturing technology experience
•        Assembly process design with Lean methodology

PROFILE:

•        Mandatory
•        Engineering Graduate (ME,EE)
•        University Graduated
•        Good English
•        Familiar with TS quality tools, e.g. FMEA
•        Preferable
•        Six Sigma Lean exposure

LOCATION:
•        Qingdao , Jinan

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
