Responsibilities:
- E-Drive system concept development and layout design;
- E-Drive system characteristics definition ,system concept evaluation and integration calculation;
- E-Driveline system modeling from E-motor and transmission to vehicle with Matlab/ Simulink;
- E-Vehicle performance and energy consumption and NVH calculation /simulation Projects communication/coordination within development;
- E-Drive system FMEA analysis and establish system testing plan;
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in automotive engineering and specialized in driveline
- Hybrid or BEV technologies know how, at least 5 years work experiences
- Automotive driveline modeling capability with Matlab/ Simulink;
- Good skills on English or German language;
- Good at communication and coordination skill;


电驱动系统样件及测试经理Manager Prototyping & Testing eMobility Systems (上海)

Job Responsibilities:
Build up eMobility testing and prototyping capacities and capabilities;
Management of eMobility testing and prototyping team to support projects development;
Supervise creation of testing procedures and reports, and work instructions;
Planning and management of eMobility testing and prototyping investments;
Research and analysis in cooperation with respective eMobility technologies;

Qualification Requirements:
Master degree or above in mechanical or automotive engineering or similar University education;
>5 years experiences in dealing with product development in automotive industry;
Good skills on English or German language;
Good at communication and coordination skill
Work experiences on HEV/BEV preferred;

Responsibilities:
-Preparation and performing E-drive system (include components) tests
-Test result analysis/evaluation, creation and change of work instructions
- Drive cycle standarlization and vehicle calibration
- Test result analysis/evaluation, creation of test reports
- Maintenance of test vehicles and test equipments, preparation of necessary toolings
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or automotive engineering;
- At least two years experiences with vehicle drivelines or EM testing;
-Good skills on English or German language;
-Work experiences on hybrid/EV preferred;

Job Responsibilities
-Overall team management , including team capability development, employee development , employee performance assessment , task arrangement , resource planning
-Test rig management , lead or involve new test rig development project
-Perform or support customer test projects and develop new test method if required
-Implementation of standard operation , 5S management , support of QMS ,EHS and other activities
-Coorperation / communication with HQ and internal customers

Qualification Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above with at least 8 years working experience on automotive / power chain system/ parts testing and 2 years managerial experience
-Good team management skills
-Good communication skills with colleagues and customers , good team player
-Good technical competence on powertrain components and testing
-Think out of box and results orientation
