General Purpose of the Position:

Continuous Improvement of existing manufacturing equipment as well as assist in the implementation of new programs based on the plants future business plan
Major Responsibilities:
(Note: what responsibilities and authority this position performs in organization, especially responsibility affect product quality should be identified.)
 Be responsible for tooling/ equipment run off/ debug/ installation
 Lead process problem solving / root cause analysis
 Execute PDP assignment on time
 Follow Internal Control procedure, resolve the non-compliance in time
 Optimize manufacturing process to meet Uptime, First Time Quality and Changeover goals
 Implement process continuous improvement project for cost reduction
 Maintaining manufacturing documents, such as SMP, PFMEA, PFD, W/I, etc.
 Train Operator to implement working instruction
 Assess operator skill level
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
(Note: Determine the necessary competence for personnel on this position, e.g. what kind of applicable tools and techniques should be skilled in, Education background, language skill requirement, character and so on)
 Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering required
 AutoCAD capability preferred
 Familiarity with Allen Bradley, Fanuc, Siemens control devices preferred
 Able to develop standard and specialized processes and tooling used in manufacturing production
 Good personal communication skill
 Able to understand and apply manufacturing standards and tools, including PDP, PFMEA, PFD, SPC, etc.
 Able to generally understand the industrial hydraulic, pneumatic system and controls
 Able to demonstrate qualified skill to operator and willing to work at the floor with operator
 Self motivated, accepts responsibility for assigned area
 Able to clearly communicate in written and verbal English
 Able to lead related team member (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing)
 Able to travel as required
Experience:
(Note: Determine necessary related working experience for personnel to be competent)
 Minimum 3 years engineering working experience
 Able to skillfully read blueprints, including a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
