500强汽车零部件集团动力总成公司急聘CFD工程师一名

Minimum Qualifications职责:
 Master degree with major in engineering disciplines, preferably in Fluids Mechanics, Hydraulic is a must. PhD degree is a plus.
 Minimum 3 years experience in CFD environment. Working with oil pumps, thermal management system including water pumps, vacuum pumps is a plus. Experience in auto industrial is a plus.
 Familiar with one CFD software at least (Fluent, CFX, Star CCM+, PumpLinx). PumpLinx is a plus.
 Ability to design / adjust 3D CAD models in Wire Frame, Surfaces & Solids, as well as, ability to direct designers to perform suggested design changes.
 Strong knowledge of Fluid Mechanics and Computational Fluid Mechanics.
 Experience with other CAE is a plus (FEA, system simulation, etc).
 Material and manufacturing process knowledge.
 Familiar with Microsoft tools.
 Able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.
 Willing to spend several months either in North America or in Europe for extensive training.
 Nearby location is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities要求:
 Work closely with design team and international simulation team to maintain and enhance simulations plans on: oil pumps, thermal management systems including water pumps, vacuum pumps, and system simulation. Preparing simulation reports, and hold meeting with team to review simulation results.
 Carry out CFD simulations on FPCG products.
 Work with design team to optimize pump models and provide more cost effective solutions.
 Share strong knowledge of Fluid Mechanics with team to solve actual engineering issues.
 Prepare and work to schedules within interim and end target estimates for all projects within his/her responsibility.
 Will participate in activities related to assigned projects, as per TS 16949 procedures (i.e. APQP, DOE's, Six Sigma studies, etc.).
 Gives technical support in the area of design direction & testing to ensure conformance to design SOR.
 Performs competitive benchmarking evaluations of world class products designs by purchasing competitive engines and supporting engine teardowns, component evaluation and system performance evaluation.
 Provides direction to Engineering Designers from rough design concepts up to detail.
 Maintains proper filling systems to ensure all information (electronic or hard copy) is properly stored and easily retrieved.
 Follows and enforces the guidelines and rules as defined in the Employee Handbook and Company policies.
 Other tasks given by supervisor.
