岗位职责：
1.Managing of the project coordination and the production relocation;
2.Coordination of the ramp up management and the new series-cut production in the plant Shanghai;
3.Managing the prototype in the production line;
4.Coordination with the oversee product plants to get the latest technical information;
5.Maintaining and distribution of the technical documents (drawings, working instructions, item list etc.)
6.Supporting the production line to do the process optimizing, LEAN Production and 5S in Production;
7.Supporting and coordination of all relevant departments with information;
8.Further detailed tasks and responsibilities can be delegated by the Superior manager.
任职资格：
1.A Bachelor degree in engineering background;
2.More than 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment;
3.Knowledge about the relation of sales forecast, production plan and assembly plan;
4.Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities;
5.Familiarity with the function of Material Requirement Planning(MRP);
6.Excellent knowledge of planning/forecasting system(MRP/ERP);
7.Basic knowledge of project planning;
8.Good MS office skills;
9.Basic management skills and leadership ability;
10.Excellent knowledge of English,German is a plus.
