  主要职责：
      1. 参与后视镜总成产品定义，制订后视镜零件开发计划，提出设计方案，完成设计文件，进行试验论证及新设计正式化工作；
      2. 制定后视镜产品认可计划，编写试验大纲、试验设备清单；进行试验设备认可和产品认可试验，编写试验报告；实施工艺过程鉴定；
      3. 对工厂生产和用户提出的质量问题，与有关部门一起进行分析，提出改进方案，进行产品更改或新设计工作；
      4. 深入分析后视镜产品的技术方案，从技术优化角度提出降成本措施；
      5. 跟踪并研究本专业新技术、新方法、新产品的发展趋势,开展相应的应用研究
      6. 负责零件/及装车缺陷分析，提出解决方案，协助项目经理一起推进供应商的整改行动计划。
      7. 协助专业主管及专业经理，参与赛科内部事务的处理。
      8. 参与收集及编写技术资料，整理项目的经验反馈。
      9. 协助专业主管及专业经理，参与客户关系维持。
      10. 协助商务人员，参与新项目获取。
      11. 及赛科公司领导分配的其他任务。
      
      任职要求：
      1. 大学本专科或以上；机械设计、车辆工程、模具、自动化等专业毕业；
      2. 了解后视镜结构，熟悉后视镜零件开发和试验方法，了解塑料材料的性能，熟悉有关法规及强制性标准；
      3. 从事后视镜产品开发设计工作两年以上，熟悉CATIA V5软件设计；
      4. 良好的沟通、协调管理能力，良好的团队合作精神，具有较强的压力承担能力；
      5. 具备至少一个完整项目工作经验。
