Task:
      ?        Yearly planning definition in line with network development and dealer requirements.
      ?        Collecting and compiling relevant technical information to derive training material.
      ?        Ensure the training documents quality and regular improvement.
      ?        Able to develop training courses for specific content with duration of less than one day.
      ?        Monitor execution of plan.
      ?        Give support to training officer.
      
      Qualification
      ?        Bachelor in Engineering (Preferable on mechanics or automotive.More than 5 years’ experience on Aftersales training for delivery and development of training contents.
      ?        Good level in writing and speaking of English and Chinese.
      ?        Intercultural competency, ideally working experience in international companies.
      ?        Basic project management skills, familiar with reporting to management level.
      ?        Profound understanding of service and parts business and respective processes.
