职责Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor the implementation of key accounts strategy, business plan and budget in order to achieve/exceed the Business Unit and customer strategy, plan and budget
- Identify potential business and growth opportunities; and acquire new businesses/projects (in existing and new platforms) in order to meet/exceed new business sales targets
- Develop/maintain strategic business relationship with senior leadership of key accounts to promote Schaeffler’s brand awareness, existing and new products and develop profitable biz relationship
- Receiving RFQs, making quotation and negotiation. Make contract and APR management
- Organize and manage the cross-functional team to achieve sales target, improve working capital
- Make budget and sales forecast for short and long term planning
- Deliver regular report to KAM management Head on business status
要求Requirements:
- Bachelordegree or above
- More than 5years sales experience, preferably in automotive products for aftermarket
- Strong ability of relevant application technology
- Experienced in managing existing and start up sales channels
