主要职责：
      ?        负责电器塑料支架国产化项目推进。
      ?        确保供应商按照DPCA-PSA的技术标准开发零件。
      ?        协助项目牵头人完成国产化零件的接受,直到SD级的签署。
      ?        负责零件/及装车缺陷分析，提出解决方案，协助AAQO一起推进供应商的整改行动计划。
      ?        协助专业主管及专业经理，参与赛科内部事务的处理。
      ?        参与收集及编写技术资料，整理项目的经验反馈。
      ?        协助专业主管及专业经理，参与客户关系维持。
      ?        协助商务人员，参与新项目获取。
      ?        及赛科公司领导分配的其他任务。
      
      任职要求：
      ?        三年或以上的汽车注塑件开发/技术/质量和制造部门工作经验；
      ?        熟悉注塑件常用塑料知识、成型工艺、模具知识等；
      ?        线束支架相关工作经验优先
      ?        良好的沟通、协调管理能力，良好的团队合作精神，具有较强的压力承担能力；
      ?        计算机运用能力：熟练使用Office等通用办公软件，以及了解AutoCAD、Pro/E、CATIA等工程软件的使用；
      ?        熟悉质量体系标准和体系（TS16949），熟知5大工具（APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA）的运用。
      ?        具备至少一个完整项目工作经验。
