工作职责:
A range of business tasks is undertaken, relating to the smooth and efficient operation of transportation processes. Typical work activities will usually include:
1.Monitoring the quality, cost and efficiency of the vehicle movement;
2.Evaluate the cost and efficiency in the overall logistics flow. Propose the improvement area to optimize the overall operational efficiency.
3.Co-coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems;
4.Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements;
5.Allocating and managing resources according to changing needs;
6.Liaising and negotiating with customers and service vendors;
7.Driving the operational efficiency by analyzing logistical problems and proposing solutions.
8.Ensure the quality control in all the processes adhering with SOP
9.Project management upon company requirement
10.Review performance with leader from service vendor and setting objectives.
11.Work closely with service vendor to achieve KPI defined
任职要求:
Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain.
8+ years work experience with at least 5 years supply management hands-on experience in similar industry or multi-national company environment with a focus on:
Warehousing/Inventory Management/Demand Planning
Transportation
3PL management
Plant logistics experience is preferred
Good project management and negotiation skills with multi-tasking abilities.
Ability to communicate with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds effectively, and develop their supply chain and interpersonal skills.
A good team leader.
PC and ERP literate with SAP experience preferred.
Fluent English
