Sorry for missing the CH2 of files,here comes the CH3.
This chapter presents the machining process,which is the basic and common process for the power train.

Some mechanism principles. Maybe it's a hard procedure for unprofessional guys!skip it anyway!

The 1st process of automotive manufacture in sequence.
Big equipment and Heavy tools!

CH6 talk about the BIW and its welding process.It tell us the car how to composed by the single sheet metals.
From the title-Can It be Flexible? we can know that the most important element of the body process is the flexible ability, because the OEMs make the different car on the same plateform nowadays,which can save the time of lunching a new car and the costs.
In this chapter,there are some presenation on the body frame-station technology,and make a compare among the Toyota/Nissan/Renault.

After the painting process, the car get a wonderful and colorful appearance,and the painting protect the car from corrosion.
