双控空气悬挂系统

AIRMATIC DC(Dual Control)

空气的智能分配就是AIRMATIC DC的秘诀所在。取代了传统的螺旋弹簧,AIRMATIC DC采用空气弹簧,并通过电子技术调节其软硬程度以适应行驶状况。例如,如果传感器探测到了运动型的驾驶风格,舒适的基础弹簧设置的硬度便会自动增加。通过将开关在舒适型和运动型位置之间转换,弹簧和减震器也能以手动方式进行调节。这种全自动的电子系统以四个不同的减震级别(适应型减震系统)进行工作,使分别作用于各车轮上的减震力适应当前的需要和路况。因此,即使在恶劣路米那上车辆液能平顺地前进而不牺牲操纵稳定性。另外,为了使车辆的高度保持不变,该系统还配备了全方位高度水平控制功能。即使车辆在满载的状态下,该系统也能保证几乎不变的离地间隙――从而保证更佳的稳定性。这种悬架可在车辆高速行驶时自动降低高度,以减少纵倾和横摆的现象。在必要的情况下,例如在极端恶劣的路面上行驶时,这种悬架也能够以手动方式升高多达55毫米。

AIRMATIC DC(Dual Control)

The intelligent distribution of air is the secret behind AIRMATIC DC.For instead of conventional coil springs AIRMATIC DC uses air springs which are made harder or softer by the electronics to suit the driving situation. If the sensors e.g.register a sporty style of driving,the comfortable basic spring setting is automatically stiffened.The springs and shock absorbers can also be manually adjusted by moving a switch to the Comfort or Sport position The fully automatic electronics work with four different damping stages(adaptive damping system)which suit the damping forces acting on each individual wheel to the current requirements and road conditions.As a result the vehicle progresses smoothly even on poor roads,without compromising handling stability.And to keep the vehicle at a constant level the system is also equipped with an all—round level control function.Even with the car fully loaded this ensures an almost constant ground clearance—and therefore greater stability.The suspension can be automatically lowered when traveling at high speed,reducing pitch and yaw. If required,e.g.on extremely poor road surfaces,the suspension can also be raised manually by up t0 55 mm.
