Responsibilities:

Leads,monitors and coordinates activities with other departments and suppliers to satisfy prototype and PPAP delivery date

Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecast or customer orders

Organizes production to orders of customers and management

Analyzes production operations and workflow and develops improvement recommendations

Sets guidelines and formats for production workers to operate under. Manages production personnel by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and providing training for employees.

Manages suppliers and inventory in area of responsibility, ensure inventrory is rotated in accordance with operation

Ensures that machinery in area of operation is properly maintained

Monitors output and scrap to ensure efficient resource utilization and initates corrcetive action as required

Prepares various reports and logs as required

Coaches and develops subordinates, evaluates performance and initiates corrcetive action as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related discipline

Five years experience in plant operations management. Experience in heat transfer product a plus.

Strong fundamental knowledge and experience in LEAN or Six-sigma programs
