职位详细描述 position title :production supervisor
Reports to : operation manager
Location : Wuxi ,China
Business Group:commercial vehicle systems
functions : operation

Principle accountabilities
.Estabishes daily production requirement from production plans.

·Ensures on time availability of material for daily production build

·Undertakes inspection and ensures quality of incoming material

·Responsible for manpower planning and daily supervision of team

·Ensures quality of final axle assembly prior to delivery

·Ensures on time delivery of final product

·Implements and maintains a quality concern monitoring system and carries out correctione actions as necessary

·Monitors and records production performance

·Maintain accurate records relatin to receipts/deliveries/expenses/costs etc.

Adherences to corporate standards for ethics

具体要求 Education/Experience
·Bachelor Degree in Engineering

·5+ years experience in manufacturing or quality inspection in automobile industry

·Product engineering background

·Production Supervision experience

·Able to understand and communicate in English(written and spoken)
