Job title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Job Scope:
1. Review software requirements. Identify and document missing, incomplete or ambiguous requirements. Software requirements include: functional requirements, diagnostics requirements, hardware interface to software (HITS), and end of line test requirements for automotive electronics.
2. Generate software design specifications
3. Implement software
4. Generate and execute software test plans
5. Maintain software configuration management
6. Follow Lear ESD Software Development Process
7. Lead development and implementation of best practices within the software organization  
8. Mentor less experienced engineers
Require:
1. Matlab & VC++ is preferred, MS Word,  MS Excel, Visio, State Transition Diagrams
2. Configuration management tools: CM Synergy, MKS
3. 8/16 bit ‘C’ Compilers, Assemblers
4. Motorola Start12, HC08, PIC, ST, NEC
5. Automotive protocols: CAN (Canalyzer, Canoe), J1850, Class 2 (VLT)
6. B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (minimum)
7. M.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (preferred)
