Mechanical Engineer（Ref:KDD/ATC/JCI）
Job:
        Design automotive geartrains ( gears, shafts & bearings)
        Responsible for systems integration and assembly/testing
        Work with overseas counterpart for co-development
Requirements:
        Degree in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering
        Able to read/write & converse proficiently in English
        Knowledge in the design of epicyclic, spur, helical and bevel geartrain as well as shaftings
        Knowledge in the calculation and selection of bearings
        Experience with CAD software such as Solidworks and Unigraphics
        Keen interest in vehicle powertrain( engine, transmissions, driveline) technology
        Candidates with prior knowledge and/or experience in powertrains and hybrid drives using fluid power energy storage would be an asset Hydraulics

Engineer (Ref: KDD/ATC/JC2)
Job:
        Responsible for the hydraulic design of automotive transmission with focus on infinitely variable transmissions
        Responsible for systems integration and assembly/testing
        Work with overseas counterpart for co-development
        Prepare review documents
Requirements:
        Degree in Hydraulics/Mechanical Engineering
        Able to read/write & converse proficiently in English
        Knowledge in the calculation & selection of pumps, orifices for bearing & geartrain lubrication
        Knowledge in the design of hydraulic manifolds
        Knowledge in hydraulic component specifications & performance
        Experience with CAD software such as Solidworks and Unigraphics
        Keen interest in vehicle powertrain( engine, transmissions, driveline) technology
        Candidates with prior knowledge and/or experience in powertrains and hybrid drives using fluid power energy storage would be an asset.

Engineer (Ref: KDD/HEC/KL1)
Job:
        Responsible for the control system software and strategies development for Hybrid Electric Vehicles ( HEV)
        Design and establish system functional requirements
        Develop control strategies and software to meet requirement & integrate various sub-systems onto a main platform
        Perform product integration test to ensure software meeting overall operational requirements
        Participate in the field-testing and qualification of prototypes
        Conduct training and update design documentation for proper closing of project
Requirements:
        Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
        Well versed in C/C++, Embedded Application programming and Real Time Systems
        Knowledge of hybrid electric vehicle system will be an advantage
        Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink will be an advantage
        Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Engineer (Ref: KDD/HEC/KL2)
Job:
        Responsible for system engineering of commercial Electric and Hybrid Electric Vehicles ( HEV)
        Formulate system control algorithms and software development for HEV
        Perform system sizing and selection of powertrain components for HEV applications
        Perform system modeling and simulation for hybrid powertrain and vehicle performance prediction.
        Participate in the field-testing and qualification of prototypes.
Requirements:
        Maters/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
        Working level programming skills in DSP/C/C++
        Working knowledge in Matlab/Simulink/RTW software.
        Well versed in AC and DC motor construction and advanced motor control theories
        Experience in the development of electric or hybrid vehicles would be an added advantage
        Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Engineer ( Ref:KDD/HEC/KL3)
Job:
        Responsible for Electrical Circuit Design for commercial Electric and Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV)
        Perform analysis on the faults symptoms and preparation of corrective action plan and implementation for continual improvement
        Perform system sizing and selection of electric and electronic components for HEC applications
        Participate in the Integration, testing and commissioning the vehicle electrical system
        Participate in the field-testing and qualification of prototypes.
Requirements:
        Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
        Basic knowledge in automotive electrical system such as the alternators, batteries, starter motor and automotive relays
        Well versed in Microsoft Visio, PLC and Visual C++ will be an advantage
        Well experience in the development of electric or hybrid vehicles would be an added advantage
        Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills

Engineer (Ref: KDD/HEC/KL4)
Job:
        Responsible for the design and layout of commercial Electric and Hybrid Electric Vehicles ( HEV)
        Liaise with suppliers and workshops on integration of systems onto vehicles.
        Prepare test plan and procedure for field testing of systems
        Conduct functional, field test and reliability test on components and vehicle.
        Prepare review document and conduct design reviews with customer.
        Prepare documentations and drawings for production.
        Provide after sales engineering support.
Requirements:
        Experience in using CAD software, preferably in UG
        Knowledge in automotive systems will be advantageous
        Proficiency in English
        Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Candidates profiles
        Fresh graduates ( B Eng/M Eng) from top universities eg Tsinghua, shanghai jiaotong, huazhong university of sci & technology, Zhejiang uni, Jilin uni etc)
        Candidates with relevant experience in the automotive industry
