职位：Quality Program Manager（工作地点：上海）
岗位职责
1、Set up a practical TS16949 quality system and support certification by external consultant company
2、Lead APQP and PPAP for china plants and OEM suppliers.
3、Working closely with US R.D and quality team for APQP key deliverables.
4、Leading regular internal audit and external audits with world class customer in diverse industry
7、Training A123 internal employee for advanced quality systems, support cost of quality and management review cross plants
6、Improve and Optimize current quality system base on customer requirements and operation excellence
任职资格:
1、Bachelor degree in engineering or related subjects
2、At least 5 years quality management experience in tier one automotive industry, solid experience in APQP and PPAP implementation is necessary
3、Excellent TS16949 quality system implementation experience in tier one automotive company, TS16949 auditor certificate will be preferred
4、Familiar with advanced quality tools, as SPC, FMEA, DOE, MSA, Six sigma GB/BB will be preferred.
5、Proactive and aggressive, good communication in both Chinese and English.
职位：质量经理QA Manager（工作地点：常州）
岗位职责：
1、Develop quality system document and data control；
2、Implement ISO-9001 quality system；
3、Execute internal quality audits；
4、IQC and OQC set up, control and administration；
5、Product testing and inspection；
6、Disposition and control of non-conformance products；
7、Initiation of Corrective and Preventive actions；
8、Control of quality records；
9、Participate in new product /process development；
10、Establish and implement quality procedures on new product；
11、In charge of customer's requirements；
12、Oversee production activities/process control to ensure compliance to specification and quality procedures. Also manage the product safety and reliability；
13、Develop and train subordinates with strong quality skills and concept。
任职资格:
1、Be an excellent communicator；
2、Have strong experience in deploying the quality system skills into manufacturing environment with proven results；
3、Have strong background in ISO/QS9000/TQM system skills；
4、Have strong experience in system auditing and quality training；
5、Excellent team skills；
6、Good knowledge in desktop computer；
7、Proficiency in English and Mandarin；
8、MSc/BSc in chemistry/material/manufacturing；
9、Minimum 5 years experience, at least two years experience in the position of Quality Supervisor of Quality Manager。
职位：Quality Manager（工作地点：常州）
岗位职责:
1、Management in the Quality department and lead the team to achieve company targets;
2、Implement and maintain certification to the Quality Management System and ensure that the system are used to drive improvement;
3、Lead further development of Quality Management System and provide suggestions to the Global Quality director and plant Manager;
4、Monitor and Inspect the implementation of Quality operating procedure;
5、Be responsible for internal Quality Audit and deal with quality issues by timely improvement measures;
6、Organize and coordinate the External Audit for Quality Management System;
7、Establish the collaboration with sister plant quality team on quality improvement;
8、Be responsible for all quality related issues in direction of customers/suppliers; organize the conference for products quality analysis.-
9、Be responsible for lab management.
任职资格：
1、Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering, Chemistry or equivalent, BB is preferred
2、At least 8 years working experience in Quality management; Coating background or supply product to automobile industry background is highly preferred
3、Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Quality System (ISO9001 and TS16949), Quality Control, Continuous improvement methods and 6 SIGMA etc.;
4、Familiar with Quality Inspection and Control of Industrial products;
5、Familiar APQP prefer
6、Familiar with ERP system is preferred;
7、Good communication skills and team player;
8、Oral and written English required.
