简要介绍一下奔驰公司的Audit:
奔驰公司的Audit分为三种：Process Audit, Product audit 和 Customer Prodcut Audit
Process Audit: Do the Audit in the line, focus on the process,operator, machine, material, enviroment.
Product Audit: The aduit is done in defined area, the product was selected by random;focus on the assembly of the body/car, and the surface of the car
Customer product audit: The auditors wills make an audit of a completed car randomly,focus on dynamic audit.
