Thanks to the rising of the country, it has stimulate the continuous development of domestic automobile industry, and tremendous uplift of people’s living statue. Vehicle, which as an effective transportation tool, has step into people’s life step.

The safty of the vehicle has been highly corncerned because the rising number of traffic accident.
制动系统的性能作为汽车安全性能的重要指标之一一直都是各大汽车厂商的一个重要的研究课题.
The proformance of braking system, which is the one of the most important specification of vehicle safty, is always an important research object of vehicle manufactures.
因为只有制动性能良好、制动系工作可靠的汽车才能充分发挥其动力性能,才能有效的保证驾驶员的人生安全。
Because the vehicle, only with good and stable proformance of the braking system, could work well, and keep the passenger safe.
本课题设计的是电力工程车的后轮制动器,不包括驻车制动器。
This theme design is about the back braking system of electronic construction vehicle. Hand braking system was not included.
因为这款电力工程车是用中型巴士车的底盘改装的,故本设计采用了领从蹄式的鼓式制动器,这样就有效的保证了汽车在前进或后退时都有足够的制动力,对驾驶员及其乘员的生命安全有了有效的保障。
This ECV is build on the chassis of middle bus, so the drum brake was used on it. This could insure the vehicle has enough braking effect when driving. It could provide a effective shell for the safty of the driver and the passenger.
领从蹄式制动器结构简单,制造成本低,并有足够的性能稳定性和使用寿命。
Drum braking system is simple, cost friendly, stable and durable.
说明书先是阐述了本设计的目的与理论意义以及国内外的发展水平与存在问题,然后是方案论证,其中介绍了制动器的形式及其特点并说明了采用领从蹄式鼓式制动器的原因,接下来针对本课题对制动器的结构参数进行选取确定,最后是计算和校核,并通过校核表明了本设计的可行性。
This instruction fist state the purpose and theoratical meaning of this design, the statue of the industry nationwide, and problem existed. According to that, follows the project approachment, which introduce the style and character of braking system, and the reason why drum brake was choosed. Then construct specification will be choosed according to this design. The last step is to calculate the design, and proof the feasibility of this design. |
