Electronic Engineer (5)
Job Purpose
Perform schematic design, quotation, cost reduction, HSIS, DFMEA, trouble-shooting & manufacturing support.

Main Responsibility
1.        Work with software engineer & product architect to implement hardware structure by following company design process;
2.        Choose cost-effective solution for the product design;
3.        Work with quote leader to finish electronic part of quotation timely;
4.        Work with EMC engineer to conduct low emission & robust design;
5.        Solve/prevent the issues in function test/DV test /field testing & in manufacturing.

Job Requirements
Degree: Bachelor degree
Major: Electronic/computer/automation/telecommunication related
Language: CET-6
Working Experience: 3 years+




CAE Engineer / Senior CAE Engineer (2)
Job Purpose
Implement auto electronic product CAE to Support mechanical design team to achieve the required customer specification and quality standards.
(Technical professional career path)

Main Responsibility
1.        Study related vehicle safety and test standard or rule such as SAE/ECE/GB;
2.        Perform analysis of strength of vibration & impact, durability, thermal for auto electronic components during development phase;
3.        Produce CAE report and bring exact analysis result to lead design improvement;
4.        Structure design optimization analysis;
5.        Validation tracing and test result analysis;
6.        Conduct DOE and optimization study (For Senior);
7.        Identify issues/risk and take initiative to work out solution effectively;
8.        To be the interface with products design team (mechanical engineers and suppliers in up-front engineering, including virtual validation of designs at various stages of product development;
9.        Technical design guideline and bookshelf maintain (For Senior);
10.        Benchmarking and innovating (For Senior);
11.        Patent identification and production (For Senior).

Job Requirements
Degree: Master or above
Major: Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering relevant
Language: Good Oral and Written Communication Skills in both English and Chinese
Working Experience: 3 years experience above in automotive or mechanical CAE field
(5 years for senior)




SQA (Software Process Quality Auditor) (1)
Job Purpose (必须了解CMMI)
Support and enforce SW process implementation in the SW Development department.

Main Responsibility
1.        Provide continuous guidance on software process implementation to software project teams;
2.        Audit on-going projects against applicable software processes;
3.        Support software and product engineering process improvement activities as part of the local process group.

Job Requirements
Degree: Bachelor degree
Major: Engineering
Language: English: good reading / writing / Oral
Working Experience:
1.        At least one year of project management or software process quality related experience;
2.        At least one year of embedded software development experience.
Basic Skill: Good communication skill; team work spirit; highly self motivated




Mechanical Design Engineer (5)
Job Purpose
Auto audio (infotainment / Amplifier) mechanical design
Main Responsibility
1.       New product mechanical study/analysis of CCH, Audio, Cluster
2.       New product development master: (100% customer complacency)
1)       Mechanical architecture define
2)       Document produce (DFMEA/SCIF/open issue & risk assessment/M BOM/Requirement checklist/Lesson’s Learned)
3)       Product structure: 2D/3D design for plastic
4)       Lighting/Heatsink component design with illumination/heat engineer together
5)       Haptics study for button and knob
6)       GD & T, stuck-up implement
7)       Select proper materials with material engineer together
8)       Prototype and tooling tracing with tooling engineer together
9)       Follow engineering design process and product release procedures (CMMI LⅡ)
10)   Peer review for feasibility, architecture and design exit phase
11)   DV Test plan for mechanical aspect and carry out to ensure design compliance at DV/PV
12)   TALC confirmation from customer
13)   Engineering judgment and engineering approval release
14)   Technical communication with correlative engineer from customer
15)   Program meeting with customer and internal program team and co-ordinate project activities
16)   Provide technical support to purchasing/manufacturing/testing and meet APQP requirement

Job Requirements
Degree: B.S
Major: Elec-mechanical Engineering or Tooling Engineering and relevant
Language: Good Oral and Written Communication Skills in both English and Chinese
Working Experience: Above 5 years experience in related field
Basic Skill: Qualified mechanical engineering knowledge with 3D-CAD, mechanics, material, kinematics, GD&T/stack-up, machining process
Excellent structural knowledge of plastic, acquaintance with tooling process and tool structure, strong design analytical skills, can design product independently.
Good communication with inner/outer customer and team member
Oral /written English skills are required in electric_ mechanical filed
CAE tools application in vibration or thermal field is better.
Others: Good operation skill of 3D-CAD design tools (Pro/E; UG; Catia; I-deas)
Auto electronics (Audio, Cluster, CCH) or family audio product design/plastic tooling design field, candidate with Tier 1 customer auto product (VW, GM Ford) design experience is preferred.
