领导维修团队完成公司目标（减少停机，降低维修费用等）
Lead maintenance team to achieve company annual target.(Down time, cost saving, others)

主要职责和权限
Essential Functions (List the essential function, i.e. key responsibilities with expected and results.)

1        Implement regular and preventive maintenance in plant;
负责生产设备维护、保养管理，以保障各设备安全地正常运转；
2        Design maintenance process and plan, manage maintenance team;
制定设备维护流程和日常维修保养计划，并对维修人员实施管理；
3        Do maintenance record, follow up and do analysis of maintenance status;
做好设备维修管理的档案记录，对设备维修状况进行跟踪分析；
4        Be responsible for application of purchasing of  spare parts, try to reduce the cost to the lowest level;
负责设备的备品备件及工装的申购、制作和更换控制，力求将维修成本降低到最低；
5        Ensure subordinates are coached counseled and trained.
负责对维修人员进行维修指导和技能培训；
6        Other assignment ordered by the manager.
完成部门领导布置的其它各项任务。
岗 位 资 格 要 求
Qualification Requirements( Describe any specialized knowledge or skill (e.g., technical, scientific, administrative, managerial) which your position requires.)
1        Over 5 years’ experience of machine maintenance
5年以上大中型制造企业设备维修工作经验；
2        Be familiar with Pneumatic and electric equipment.
熟悉各种气动和电动设备
3        Be familiar with CAD and MS office.
能熟练使用CAD类绘图软件和办公自动化软件。
4        Be familiar with mechanical drawing
能熟读机械类图纸和文档；
5        Good command of English both oral and Written
能使用英语阅读资料并进行口头交流；
