The new component AMT Control -Automated (Robotized) Manual Transmission Control- serves to actuate the clutch during gear shifting.
The component also takes over further driver’s tasks like reduction of load signal (respectively desired torque) during gear shifting and management of clutch actuation according to the actual vehicle state (Idle, starting, shifting, drive mode etc.)
Existing control features like Gear Box Control or Gearbox Program (or clutch control by starting) can still be used.
