Requirement:
•technical studies (Master’s degree) in the field of Electrical Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Physics at one of the TOP
Universities of the country
•at least 6 months international experience (studies or business)
•at least 3-5 years of working experience
•potential for bigger responsibility (leadership with 600 – 700 people)
•very good language skills in English
•high social – and entrepreneurial competence
•national and international mobility
Program/career
•Assignment for 2-3 years in the particular location of Division
•assignment to a managerial position in Germany
•taking over the target position in planned Home Country in Division
