摘  要
本文立足于当前电动车(EV)产业的兴起和发展,针对电动车辆发展的理想车型—双轮独立驱动电动车的驱动系统进行了相关的理论研究和实验验证。首先,本文对所设计的上述EV相关的轮毂式永磁无刷直流电机、EV的车辆动力学特性进行深入的分析。对于轮毂式永磁无刷直流电动机,通过数学模拟计算,得到了电机的实际特性与驱动控制策略相关数据。针对双轮独立驱动系统与传统的机械差速器系统的本质区别,对EV系统的动力学特性进行了深入分析。其次,以双轮独立驱动系统为特点,本文提出了一种针对双轮独立驱动的驱动控制方案。以保证车辆在良好路面上节能特性,和在特殊路面上实现良好的动力性能与的操控稳定性。

Abstract

This text bases on present electric motor car (EV) Rise and development of the industry, to the ideal style of development of electronic vehicle - The double round urges the drive system of the electric motor car to verify relevant theoretical research and experiment independently. First of all, this text does not have the vehicle dynamics characteristics of direct current brushing machine, EV to carry on deep analysis to EV relevant hub type permanent magnetism described above designed. As to the thing that the firm type permanent magnetism of the wheel has not brushed the direct current motor, has calculated through the simulation of mathematics, have received the actual characteristic of the electrical machinery and driven the relevant data of control strategy. Drive the essential distinction of the system and traditional mechanical differential mechanism system independently to the double round, have carried on in-depth analysis to the dynamics characteristic of EV system. Secondly, drive the system as the characteristic independently with the double round, this text has put forward a kind of drive that drives independently to double round and controlled the scheme. So as to ensure the vehicle realizes good motive force performance and energy-conserving characteristic on the good road surface, with the control stability on the special road surface.
