摘    要
本文首先对沙尘暴天气情况汽车表面砂蚀效应模拟实验台设计意义，特点及国内外的发展现状进行了概诉。介绍了沙尘暴天气情况汽车表面砂蚀效应模拟实验台的工作过程及原理，同时也介绍了该实验台的基本结构的基本参数。
在文章中分析了国内外对砂蚀现象的研究及砂蚀实验台的设计特点，介绍了本实验台个结构的优缺点。对实验台工作中各种压力下气流的速度进行了计算，在设计中为了增加气流的速度对拉瓦耳管各部分的尺寸进行了设计，首先计算喉管的结构尺寸及进出口的结构尺寸。为了能够防止漏气在各连接处增加了密封圈，同时为了能够防止实验时产生振动而造成各处的连接松动增加了支撑架。考虑到各管路连接时连接紧固应保证具有一定的同轴度，选择各管路支撑在H钢上，因此对H钢进行了型号的选择。为了能够模拟各种天气情况下的气流速度，气源的压力为可调式的。最后对各个管路的长度进行选择个计算。

Abstract
This text loses in the meaning of design of platform of simulation experiment of the effect to the weather condition car surface sand of sandstorm at first, the characteristic and domestic and international current situation of the development have been told generally. Have introduced sandstorm car working course and principle of the simulation laboratory bench of the effect of losing of surface sand of weather condition, introduced the basic parameter of the basic structure of this laboratory bench at the same time.
Analyze, lose to sand research and sand of phenomenon lose design characteristic of the laboratory bench both at home and abroad among article, have introduced the pluses and minuses of a structure of this laboratory bench. Have calculated the pace of the air current under various pressure in the work of the laboratory bench, to draw tile ear in charge of every part of sizes design for pace to increase air current in design, calculate the physical dimension of the throat and physical dimension of the imports and exports at first. In order to prevent leaking gas and increasing and sealing enclosing in every junction, at the same time in order to produce vibration and cause the connection of every place to become flexible and increase the support frame while preventing the experiment. Consider every pipeline should guarantee to have certain coaxial degree to fasten to join while joining, choose every pipeline to support on H steel, so has carried on the choice of the type to H steel. In order to imitate the pace of air current under various weather conditions, the pressure of the source of the gas is adjustable. Choose one to calculate to the length of each pipeline finally.
