Transmission Electronic Controls Engineer
Key Responsibility:
Responsible for technical aspects of electronic controls of automatic off-highway transmissions within local market;
Liaison with electronic controls engineering departments of Company global transmission technical centers;
Maintenance of software versions, application files and data status at local customers;
Support for transmission test equipment setup in terms of transmission controls.  Procurement and maintenance of tools needed for control unit test and analysis;
Check out at local customers for transmission controls with service engineers;
Cooperating with OEMs and consultation to service centers for trouble shooting in terms of electronic controls, on line or at site;
Recommendation and potential implementation of updating transmission control strategy for local customers depending on OEM requests, field feedback as well as local codes and preference;

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in control engineering or electronic engineering;
Having been working in field of controls of automatic transmissions for more than 5 years, familiar with the mostly used tools for development of automatic transmission controls such as those by MatLab, dSpace and Vector.  Good command of C++ language;
Experience with industry of construction/mining/material-handling machines, transmissions or TCU is preferred;
Good knowledge of electronics, solenoids and hydraulic control systems.  Good knowledge of TCU;
Fluent in English language, oral and written;
Demonstrated strong computer proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and other computer applications;
Be able to work extended hours when required.

Transmission Test Engineer
Key Responsibility:
Responsible for testing of off-highway transmissions;
Liaison with testing departments of Company global transmission technical centers in terms of testing of off-highway transmissions and components;
Test equipment specification, technical communication with vendors;
Support in programming of test procedure and updating;
Guidance to technicians for test operation;
Trouble shooting for problems occurring during transmission testing;
Test reports, and analyzing test results with product engineering;
Test equipment maintenance to make sure test equipment is kept in good condition.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or electronic engineering;
Having been working in field of powertrain testing for more than 5 years, familiar with test equipment, measurement technologies and data acquisition system, familiar with PLC and its programming;
Experience with industry of construction/mining/material-handling machines or their transmissions is preferred;
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and control systems;
Good command of English language, oral and written;
Demonstrated strong computer proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and other computer applications;
Be able to work flexible hours when required.

Transmission Hydraulic Controls Engineer
Key Responsibility:
Responsible for technical aspects of hydraulic controls of automatic off-highway transmissions within local market;
Liaison with hydraulic controls engineering departments of Company global off-highway transmission technical centers;
Establishment of hydraulic test stand for hydraulic components and maintenance;
Support for transmission test equipment setup in terms of hydraulic controls of automatic transmissions;
Technical communication with suppliers for components of hydraulic system and solenoids;
Cooperating with OEMs and consultation to service centers for trouble shooting in terms of hydraulic control system, on line or at site;
Understanding of local transmission oil grades and quality levels, providing assessment and recommendation when required;

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in hydraulic control engineering or mechanical engineering;
Having been working in field of hydraulic control systems of automatic transmissions for more than 5 years, familiar with the mostly used tools for development of hydraulic system including computational fluid dynamics;
Experience with industry of construction/mining/material-handling machines, transmissions or control valve is preferred;
Good knowledge of hydromechanics, hydraulic control systems and major  hydraulic components including control valve, solenoids, pumps etc;
Fluent in English language, oral and written;
Demonstrated strong computer proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and other computer applications;
Be able to work extended hours when required.

Transmission Mechanical Engineer
Key Responsibility:
Responsible for mechanical components including friction system of automatic off-highway transmissions within local market;
Liaison with transmission engineering departments of Company global off-highway transmission technical centers;
Support for transmission test equipment setup;
Technical communication with suppliers for mechanical components and friction components;
Cooperating with OEMs and consultation to service centers for trouble shooting in terms of mechanical components and friction system;
Understanding of local codes and practices for transmission components and materials, providing assessment and recommendation when required;

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering;
Having been working in field of development of transmissions for more than 5 years, familiar with the commonly used design tools and simulation tools for transmissions;
Experience with industry of construction/mining/material-handling machines or their transmissions is preferred;
Good knowledge of transmission components including gears, shafts and cases, as well as torque converters.  Knowledge of gear manufacturing process;
Good knowledge of tribology is a plus;
Fluent in English language, oral and written;
Demonstrated strong computer proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and other computer applications

Quality Advanced Engineer
Responsibility:
? Project work within APQP process, comprehensive quality work within the project.
Cooperation in transferring customer-specific requirements into target specifications, with particular regard to manufacturing and inspection capability
?.Compilation and monitoring of a project-specific quality plan on the basis of APQP in agreement with the Project Manager.
? Monitoring implementation of product, process and project-related quality requirements. Involving in design review, participate in the stipulation of critical and specific characteristics
? Implement the quality tool, lessons learned from predecessor projects and best practice of Company in project developmen
? Assessment / agreement of product / process FMEAs as regards their formally correct application.
? Compile new product control plan/test plan/validation plan, based on process FMEA (prototype, pilot series and series).
? Compile of inspection work instruction and control sheet base on control plan.
? Analysis of dimensional measurement results for the achievement of dimensional stability.
? Compilation of reports, analyses and statistics initial sample report, PSW, PPAP, IMDS in accordance with customer requirements. Submission of PPAP,PAW for customer approval.
? Creating of gages concept, planning the required measuring and monitoring equipment for Quality Assurance including its validation and release.
? Further development of measuring and monitoring technology in production processes.
? Plan and execute approval for new suppliers parts PPAP. Process audits on suppliers’ premises.
? Lead and organize customer audits/internal process audit/ product audit etc.
? Plan and conduct training programs for quality employees
? Participate in project meeting, APQP status report and share information within project team timely.
? Problem solving engagement, Drive and manage product quality improvement.
? Other tasks as assigned by the superior leader

Competence:
- Bachelor degree majored in Mechanical related Engineering.
- Rich knowledge and experience in gear manufacturing, casting, forging, and machining.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in relevant position in multinational manufacturing Industry.
Automotive industry is preferred.
- 3+ years experience of quality or design (technical) function.
- Master APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA. Process audit and product audit
- Familiar with ISO9001, ISO/TS16949 system.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others.
- Able to work with minimal supervision yet deliver business objectives
- Fluent English both in oral and written.
