Job Description profile
1.Receives Test Request from Technical project leader, Competence Center Engineer or Customer Service Engineer. Test request is submitted
接收内部及外部客户提交的试验需求
2.makes reservation of testing capacity (in agreement with Testing Coordinator), about test schedule inform requestor
根据试验资源制订试验计划并告知申请人
3.performs check of the units before testing (marking, setting compliance with Test Request)
试验前负责对样品进行检查
4.Performs test set-up and execution
负责试验设定及执行
5.Is responsible for shock/strut qualified analysis and reporting via Test Request database
负责试验数据的采集分析及整理，编写试验报告，录入试验需求系统
6.Report problems + failed tests to requestor
若试验出现问题及时与申请人沟通
7.Communicates timing issues with requestor
及时与申请人沟通试验的时间计划
8.Makes internal reports
负责整理及编写一些内部分析报告
9.Based on assigned Test Request identify missing toolings, status communicates to Testing Coordinator who takes responsibility to order
根据试验设计工装并协调加工
10.Participate on testing area improvement
参与试验室建设改进
11.Is responsible to keep 5S at the testing area incl. cleaning on daily basis
负责试验室指定区域的5S
13. Participate daily maintenance of test machine , responsible for institution of maintenance plan and working instruction
参与设备日常维护，负责制定设备保养计划及使用说明


Skill requirements
Bachelor or higher education degree required with focus on mechanical discipline.
工程机械或电机等相关专业本科及以上学历
Candidate expected to be equipped with good technical understanding and analytical abilities
具备良好的技术理解力及分析能力，有相关工作经验
Natural attitude for setting up high 5S standards required
具备较高的5S意识
Language skills: English speaking and written
语言能力：良好的英语听说读写能力
