职位描述：       1.Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering mechanics, mechanism manufacture, Mold design is preferred.
      2.More than 5 years working experience about Mold design and fabrication follow-up, automotive experience is better
      3.Being familiar with 2D/3D drawing system, pro-e is preferred
      4.Good interpersonal skills for both external & internal communications.
      5.Good command of English, CET-4 is must or Japanese
      6.Team work, Good moral and be responsible
      
      
      
      Realize and develop the optimum Molds (Quality/Cost/Delivery) for Automotive products
      1. Estimate and quote Molds for prototype and mass production will be fabricated in Suzhou plant (investment/capacity/capability).
      2. Design & release Molds for prototype and mass production base on CER standard specification. 3. Follow up the fabrication of Mold, commentate drawings if needed.
      4. Plan and implement continuous improvement of Molds. 5. Gather the best tool concept and then make the standard.
      6. Mold-flow analysis for tool design if customer request.
