Major Responsibilities

1. Under Sales Group Leader, following Marketing Strategy made in Tenneco China Beijing RC Plant; using analytical tools and integrating with other functional and regional considerations. Then, developing Battle Plan and trigger supporting relative activities for assigned customer acct.

2. Conducting needs-based segmentation based on voice of customer and knowledge of China’s markets and customers. Conducting competitive analysis and develop product planning recommendations.

3. Developing pricing strategy, financial return understanding and cost analyzing ability is necessary. Establish OEM commercial agreements and manage customer-facing aspects of all phase from company introduction to significant bidding negotiation.

4. Acting as key member for potential partnership negotiations. Billing customer, DSO is the key to be responsible. Conducting open public speech to comfort and convince customer.



REQUIREMENTS

Business background

Excellent English both oral and written, German is a plus. MS Project knowledge, MBA is a plus.
