Position: DEC - Electronics Hardware Engineer


Hiring Dept: PE Department
Report to:  E/E Supervisor

Major Job Responsibilities:
        Design new electronics products for DEC ADP (Advance Development Products);
        Make validation and testing plan including environment/EMS etc. for new electronics products;
        Work together with ECAD engineer to finish PCBA design;
        Sourcing and developing new PCB and PCBA vendor from engineering side;
        Supporting on customer side for new business pursuit and quality issue solving.


Candidate Requirements:
        Bachelor degree majored in Electronics (Analog/Digital);
        3 years above work experience within hardware design area;
        Good knowledge of kinds of MCU applications;
         Design experience of EMS and High Voltage Isolation will be preferred;
         Automotive work experience will be additional score.

Position: DEC- (BEC) Mechanical Design Engineer

Hiring Dept: PE Department
Report to:  Engineering Supervisor, DEC


Major Job Responsibilities:
        Design components
        Conduct/follow up product validation plan and evaluation
        Setup/Maintain/Update design database
        Initiate Engineering change and follow up
        Stay abreast of technology
        Assure adherence to all DEC work standards
        Progressively participate in teamwork as required
        Strive for lean organization and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements:
        University level degree in Science
        Excellent interpersonal skills to relate effectively with both internal and external personnel
        Product design experience automotive industry preferred
        Knowledge of molding/stamping will be advantage
        3D CAD application experience
        Communication skills
        Computer, network and software skills mechanical and 3 to 5 years of quality related working experience.


Position: DEC - Pursuit Engineer
Hiring Dept: PE Department
Report to: Product Engineering Supervisor, DEC

Major Job Responsibilities:
        Pursuit new business with sales from customers with strong engineering support;
        Technical support and service on customer site in time;
        Make technical proposal to customer;
        Introduce new technology and new products of DEC to customer for new business opportunities ;
        Transfer new program to PE design team smoothly when the business win;
        Lead the communication with customer during the product life time.

Candidate Requirements:
        Bachelor degree majored in mechanic or electric;
        3 years above work experience;
        Good at design of plastic or metal parts design;
        Good at communication;
        Good mandarin and English speaking;
         Relation with local OEM like SGM/SAIC/Geely/Chery etc. will be preferred.

Position: DEC - ECAD Engineer
Hiring Dept: PE Department
Report to: Product Engineering Supervisor, DEC

Major Job Responsibilities:
        Design BEC PCBA layout and bus bar considering power and signal distribution for the various types of Bussed Electrical Center;
        Coordinate BEC validation activity;
        Support business pursuits & new products and technologies introduction;
        Lead testing engineers to ensure electrical testing and vision system function well.

Candidate Requirements:
        Minimum of B.S. in electrical/electronic or mechanical engineering or equivalent;
        More than 3 years of work experience in design of PCB layout design and electrical testing/vision system;
        Familiar with vehicle electrical/electronic components or wiring harnesses systems or similar experience;
        Capable of AUTO CAD and PCB layout software;
        IC grated circuit design experience and software development experience are preferred.
