Job_description_responsibilities:
The key role of this engineering position is to move from learning and assisting others to fully contributing. At this level, Engineers begin partnering with and providing technical guidance within and between units and other
teams. Projects typically range from three months to two years. Ability to gather relevant information, compare and contrast data, identify relationships, and predict and manage failures is critical. Challenges include challenging the status quo and championing new initiatives, collaborating with team members and other teams, and keeping abreast of advancing technology. Decisions may affect the work group or project team, suppliers, multiple units, and both internal and external customers, and these decisions have significant impact on warranty, total cost of non-quality, customer perception, costs, sales, and the leveraging of technology.
Required_skills_qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above from university, majoring in engine, automobile, or related majors At least 2 years related working experience in engineering test Knowledge of internal combustion engine principle, mechanical theory, internal combustion engine engineering theory and test technology Engine knowledge and experience, both Mechanical engine and Electronic engine controls (Diesel preferred) Engine and testing equipment trouble shooting Effective work plan establish and implement Fluent in English
