Position：Sales Manager / Key Account Manager
You report to the Sales Director China（德国人）within Market Segment Asia Pacific. You are responsible for your defined Key Account portfolio which will include leading OEM and Tier 1s.
Responsibilities:
1、Represent company Drive Technology Asia Pacific at defined Key Accounts
2、Identify sales potential and do continuous strategic customer planning
3、Acquire new projects (Process RFQs until final contracting at customer)
4、Co-ordinate all regional and in case also global sales activities for the defined Key Accounts
5、Negotiate contracts, sales terms and conditions
6、Build Up and maintain very good customer relations-ship
Requirements:
1、have studied mechanical engineering and/or MBA, or similar education
2、have perennial experience in automotive / OEM sales of highly advanced technical products
3、you like to work in a team but can also work  „self-employed“ with high reliability
4、are flexible with ability to travel
5、are structured and organised personality with good communication skills
6、have very good MS-Office and ideally SAP R/3 Module SD experience
7、speak fluently German and English
