概述 SUMMARY:
To provide technical support to machining shop and solve the problems of machining shop related the machining processes.
向机加车间提供技术支持并解决所有机加过程中发生的一切问题。
主要职责及权限 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
        负责机加工车间的所有工艺问题及工艺装备设计、调整。
        负责CNC程序的编制、调试、改进以及刀具的选择。
        对机加工车间的现场工艺执行情况进行控制，并及时向车间领导汇报。
        分析加工过程中出现的问题，并提出解决方案，经批准后组织落实。
        负责技术工艺文件的管理
        负责配合公司工程部对新产品的开发、试制及产品的质量跟踪。
        协同机加工车间经理做好产品质量保证工作。
        In charge of all the machining processes and fixture designs and the setups.
        In charge of editing and modifying CNC programs and the choices of toolings/inserts.
        Implementing the process control to machining shop and feedback to machining shop manager.
        Detecting the root cause of the defect and provide improving method and its implementation.
        Keep/manage all the machining process documents/working instructions.
        Provide the technical support to new product development, machining trial and quality traceability.
        Coordinate the machining shop manager to control the machining product’s quality.

任职资格 QUALIFICATIONS:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

        全日制本科以上学历，
        连续在车间现场工作5年以上。
        Bachelor of engineering,.
        Working in the machining shop for over 5 years.

2.技能 Skills & Proficiencies:
        英语CET-4，会流利的英语口语更佳。
English CET-4, fluent speaking English is a advantage.
        熟悉TS-16949 和 ISO 14001 体系
Familiar with TS-16949 and ISO 14001 system.

3.计算机水平 Computer Skill
具有熟练掌握计算机操作水平，会使用autocad\Mastercam\Pro/E\Solidwork等编程设计软件。
Can use engineering software such as: AutoCAD, Pro/E，MasterCam, Pro/E and ETC.

概述 SUMMARY:

主要职责及权限ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1.        先期辅助车间经理完成设备采购、选型，制定方案. Assist casting shop manager for equipment selection, purchase and make proposal.
2.        后期运用铸造技术，负责模具设计、调试、调整模具，改进铸造工艺设计、改进，提高产品质量.                         Responsible for mold design, trial and debug, improve SPM casting process and quality.
3.        负责产品工艺过程的前期策划, 编制铸造工艺文件，指导解决现场工艺技术问题. Lead new product casting and relevant process development, define standard casting process work instruction and solve troubles in production.
4.        指导车间技工相关的培训.Training operators
5.        其它指定的工作. Other special assignments by management.


教育背景及经验 Education/Experience:
1.        铸造专业（铸铝专业优先）或相关专业大学专科以上学历，熟悉重力铸造、能对生产现场进行技术指导，确保并提高产品质量. Minimum Bachelor degree or junior college education, major in casting or relevant education (prefer to aluminum casting process), familiar with SPM casting process, be able to provide production supporting and improve quality.
2.        有10年铸造工作经验, 5年以上OE铸造产品经验及相关工作经历（汽车工业领域优先）, 熟悉冷芯盒和热芯盒的制芯工艺. 10 years casting process experience, 5 years for OE casting process engineering experience of permanent mold or foundry experience( prefer to auto parts), familiar with cold core box and shell core process.
3.        了解ISO/TS16949质量体系, ISO 14001 环境体系，熟悉项目管理，掌握APQP、PPAP、FMEA等工作手法. Good knowledge for ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, familiar with project management, APQP, PPAP, FMEA.
4.        具有丰富工作经验的铸造方面的专家，从事过复杂产品的工艺设计工作的优先。Expert on foundry industry and prefer to experience on complex process design.
5.        不怕吃苦，有团队精神。Ownership, motivation and team work.
6.        英文熟练，英语CET-4，会流利的英语口语，具有熟练掌握计算机操作水平，会使用Autocad\Mastercam\Pro/E\Solidwork等编程设计软件。Good English, CET4, both spoken and written; exercise in Microsoft office,  AutoCAD\Master CAM\Pro/E\Solid work
