Summary of Position: Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of GA manufacturing vendors, engineering development and manufacturing operations. Principle Accountabilities: 1) Ensure design & manufactory of GA product in manufactureing vendors is done according to customer requirement & internal standard, in respect of quality cost and schedule of requirement.
2) Coordinate engineering activities to improve product performance, lower costs, satisfy requirements and provide support to manufacturing. 3) Prioritize and manage multiple projects to most effectively meet product, strategic and financial goals
4) QCDM performance of all activities related to capacity projects
Nature and Scope: 1) Position functions will include Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Quality, Vendor Quality, Sourcing and Logistics. 2) Position will require ability to perform these functions with little direct supervision and guidance. 3) Creativity and ability to proactively address responsibilities will be important for success (a 'self-starter').

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1) Minimum requirements include a BS in Engineering, with an engineering and/or scientific background. 2) Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering, preferably including Project Management. 3) Previous experience with friction products is preferrable, or experience in vehicles very well with mechanical attitude.
4) Fluency in reading and written English and Mandarin is mandatory. 6) This position requires a broad range of interpersonal skills necessary for effective interactions and cross-functional communications. 7) Long hours, with multi-continental late night or early morning conference calls will be a standard part of this position. 8) Locates in Shandong Province ,Domestic travel will be extensive at times ,mostly in Shandong province ,international travel may be required ,as well
