Job Description:
1.Coordinate selection, planning, implementation and follow-up for new or existing control utility system
2.Specifies and implements control, power distribution and process changes following applicable safety standards
3.Prepares detailed cost estimates for equipment/system installations and construction projects
4.Ensure compliance with corporate and government regulations and codes5Maintains knowledge of new mechanical & electrical processes and technologies
5.Evaluates and implements appropriate improvements within assigned area of responsibility
6.Jointly prepare specifications, evaluate design, drawings and construction of new and rebuilt equipment
7.Coordinate installation projects by in-house trades including preparation of required documents
8.Utilizes computer based systems to provide engineering related documentation and communication
9.Provides timely technical assistance and engineering solutions to manufacturing department requests
10.Maintain a professional working relationship with personnel outside of the immediate work community
11.Adhere to company, departmental and contractual procedures
12.Travel to local and International sites
13.Comply with special projects and assignments that are not necessarily within the normal realm of responsibility
