职责Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and implementing the production line operation in accordance with plant policies and internal production plan
- Monitoring all process documentation and assuring staff are trained and certified for tasks they are performing, train and coach production line employees
- Keep up the effective communication (regular short meeeting) with shift members to motivate teams to ensure the deployment & implementation of relevant instruction
要求Requirements:
- College degree or above, Mechanical and material major or relevant
- At least 3 years working experience in heat treatment industry, WOFE is preferred
- Good English in oral and written
