Job Description:
1.Automotive interior product tooling project management engineer ( Large Injection Tooling)
2.Tool tracking of tool makers in respect of “Tool Follow UP” procedure and prepare all documentation of this procedure, including visit report with evidence (pictures) and action plan if needed.
3.reviewing and controlling the timing of toolmakers:
4.Prepare time schedule according Client and Supplier’s agreement and update it every week；
5.Analyze and confirm individual detailed timing plans given by supplier, to ensure that it is on line with reality；
6.Ensure that all sub-contract work, planned by the supplier, should be validate according Client rules
7.Identify as early as possible, any delays, and if required introduce a recovery plan to resolve the situation； if needed a micro-plan can be used detailing 6 hours intervals；
8.Check conformity of the manufacturing of the tool according to the design and according to Client specification.
9.To monitor progress of tool manufacture, and work with supplier to prepare action plan if any deviation was identified
10.Check the conformity of standard element as well as steel quality according to Client specification.
11.Ensure proper timesheet booking and traceability by following number of hours per activity/ tool maker / tool.


Qualifications:
1.Have the team work awareness and experience; Execute a given process and documentation requirements strictly，make sure the consistency , such as project tracking report and EWO process.
2. Be good at communication and coordination
3. Injection process and injection tool knowledge mandatory;
4. Experienced in tire 1 or tire 2 for tooling engineer position preferred; Or experienced in tooling company for project management position preferred;
5. Experienced in drawing tooling preferred;
6. Experienced in tasks mentioned in JD;
7. Bachelor degree in engineering;
8. Minimum 3 years experience as a tooling engineer Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills;
9. Be able to adapt long-term on business travel;
10.International mind set, overseas experience a plus;
11.Working in English preferred
