研究院的质量工程师应该是主要负责开发初期的样车质量，即整车性能指标质量阀！制造过程的质量不在工作范围内！

质量工程师也叫项目工程师做质量体系的这个需要时间较长一般五年才能有所为，一旦评上质量工程师你就前途无量了。

Major Responsibilities:
Provide Quality & Reliability engineering leadership to Ford APA PD engineers;
Lead the implementation of Ford Failure Mode Avoidance strategy for Forward Model Quality
Lead the Current Model warranty reduction and quality improvement activities
Teach and coach Ford APA PD engineers quality & reliability disciplines and tools (e.g. Engineering Disciplines, FMEA, DVP, Campaign Prevention, 8D, DOE, Parameter Design, Tolerance Design, MSA, SPC)
Develop problem solving skills of Ford APA PD engineers to effectively address issues during program execution and customer issues after Job ;
Apply quality & reliability tools/methods/processes for issue resolution
Assess and develop the capability of the local suppliers in complying with Ford PD quality & reliability requirements
Support the efforts of China JVs in identifying and avoiding failure modes in the Chinese market for the forward and current models.
Support other Ford APA quality & reliability activities

个人感觉不好没有什么技术含量，刚毕业的建议不要去搞这一行！
