GD&T 工程师 GD&T engineer

Job Description:
Understand and define the interface with other function teams while going through GD&T work;
Analyze functions of BIW, trims and other parts of car body, complete car DTS verify.
Analyze feasibility of production process, make dimension chains of car body.
Make RPS system (or MCP/MCS)for sheet metal parts and trim parts for assembly.
Make measurement method and specifications for sheet metal parts, trims and BIW.
Output GD&T technical document.
Make Engineering Changing Requirement document concerning GD&T.
Assist team leader for internal and external discussion/meeting.
Define guidelines for GD&T work in project.
　
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or above in vehicle engineering/mechanical engineering.
3-5 years projects experience in GD&T.
Skill in using related software such as 3DCS.
Profound knowledge of simultaneous development process in the automotive industry.
Experienced in manufacture feasibility.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Positive, honest, team-work spirit.
Good communication skill.

职位描述：
能够理解并与其他功能小组确定相关GD＆T的内容。
分析“白车身，饰件和车身的其他部件的性能指标，整车的DTS验证。
生产工艺的可行性分析，定义车身尺寸链。
为钣金件和内外饰件的装配制作RPS（MCP/ MCS）系统。
为内外饰件和白车身做测量方法及说明。
输出GD＆T的技术文件。
编制GD＆T工程变更文档（ECR）
辅助项目负责人进行内外饰的讨论/会议
定义项目GD＆T工作的设计指导。
　
任职资格：
车辆工程/机械工程本科以上学历；
3~5年GD＆T项目经验
熟练使用3DCS及相关软件
有汽车行业同步开发的相关经验及知识。
有丰富的汽车制造可行性分析经验。
英语读写熟练。
积极，诚实，团队合作精神。
良好的沟通技巧。
