► Project acquisition:
► Regular contact with existing customers
► Identification of potential projects; Identification of potential projects
► Prepare project led by Senior manager and support by Technical team, including technical
content
► Technical and commercial negotiation of contract
► Support contract details with customer; align with GRC departments concerned
► Attend commercial discussions with customer
► Get contract details agreed and ready for signature
► Managing Project
► Manage the technical content of the project by leading the technical team
► Responsible for project budget
► Responsible for project timing, gateway delivery, technical delivery, etc
► Responsible for running projects; ensure customer payments according to schedule
► Closely cooperate with Marketing team for market and customer information: feed
back data and information for analysis
► Prepare and hold presentations at customer visits, conferences, seminars, etc.
► Be first point of contact for customer

任职要求：
► Masters or Bachelor (or equivalent) degree in Engineering
► Minimum 3 years working experience, of which 2 years in the automotive industry
► Minimum 2 years working experience in technology or 1 year working experience in
project management
► Profound knowledge about transmission and power train technology
► Basic understanding of vehicle technology
► Good business acumen; understanding of transmission and automotive market in China
► Good knowledge of Sales process in China (for engineering consultancy)
► Strong presentation and negotiation skill
► Strong project management skills; understanding of project management techniques
and methods
► Very good English language skills
► Very convincing; professional appearance; impresses people
► Can withstand high pressures

职责：
l        Supervising mechanical assembly of test rig
l        Supervising electrical assembly of test rig
l        Supporting facility engineer in maintaining test rig support infrastructure
l        Propose modifications and maintenance of test rig mechanical infrastructure
l        Modifications and maintenance of test rig electrical infrastructure
l        Modification and enhancement of test bench control program code
l        Supervising operation of test rigs, instructing test bench operators
l        Instructing mechanical and electrical engineers
l        Improving performance and reliability of test benches
l        Analysis of test bench data
l        Handling of combustion engines, transmissions
l        Communication with customers and suppliers
l        Handling of test bench equipment
l        Execution of measurements
要求：
l        Good knowledge of control software, able to develop existing software and create software for simple test requirements
l        basic knowledge of structure and function of combustion engines - diesel and gasoline
l        basic knowledge on power converter
l        experience in using measurement equipment
l        at least two years working experience as Test engineer
l        one mid-size project completed
l        Self-driven and good team player.

-Development of gear box functions (e.g. start-up, shift, creep, hill-hold, limp home, diagnostic,…)
- Discuss and analyze technical problems and possible solutions with customers; support all sales activities technically
- Responsible for development of transmission and system attributes
- Responsible for developing software methodologies, tools, processes and techniques
- Responsible to contribute of technical competence within GRC through mutual teaching, technical support and research activities

要求：

- Advanced understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Capability to assess vehicles, identify problem areas and ability to implement solutions
- Capability to analyze software & calibration results (measurements, ratings) and define actions accordingly
- Active and open to learn new things; open for opinions of fellow engineers
- Ability to transfer knowledge from one area to another
- Desire and drive to understand technology deeply
- Open to experiment and try things
- Can structure work systematically and logically
- Bachelor or above degree in Automotive Engineering or related
- Over 3 years experience in automotive engineering (component supplier or automotive manufacturer or gearbox);
- Modeling and Simulation tools (Matlab/Simulink)

- Experience in software testing (MIL, SIL, HIL, vehicle) preferred
- Experience in usage of measurement / calibration tools like CANape or INCA

Responsible for the development of test procedures and the definition of test equipment for transmission controls software and the control system (e.g. incl TCU, sensors, etc.)
Modelling of transmission or transmission functions;
Definition of transmission functions and features; translation of these features into control models;
Definition of tool requirements for transmission software development
Definition of software development process;
Support hardware development (e.g. sensors, actuation systems, etc.)
Technically support project teams for project work and offer process

要求：
Minimum of 2 years experience in the field of software or calibration development in engine or transmission;
Experience in automotive development preferred, ideally in the field of transmission engineering;
Relevant university degree in engineering required;
Good command of English
Strong understanding of controls theories;

呵呵，挺好。GIF的项目经理负责的可真多啊，就连项目预算和进度跟踪都管，我们都不管的。预算是采购部说了算，项目进度有项目管理的来做，剩下就是质保部和设计部了。都没有做真么多工作。

那我来解释一下吧，这个职位还有一半的销售属性，不仅需要自己做项目，还要自己拿项目。

照实说，刚进去30W是肯定达不到的。
不过这个职位之后负责的都是大项目，而且上面也愿意放权，所以发挥的空间很大。

呵呵，确实这个权利已经够大了，项目经理负责的很全面，发展空间很大。
自己在多学习学习，也去大公司混混。小公司学的技术不先进。
