岗位职责
1. Design activity involvement for global projects
1、参与全球项目的设计；
2. Responsible for on time/qualified output of concept,3D,2D and other documents such as DFMEA, Design Checklist, Analysis report, to do list, lesson learned report etc
2、负责准时、保质的输出文件，2D\3D文件（如：DFMEA, Design Checklist）、分析报告、表格、学习报告等。
3. Weekly or biweekly meeting with HQ or customers or project team to discuss design concept, change in progress, design frozen...all tech related activities!
3、每周或每两周，与总部或客户或项目小组讨论设计理念，设计的改进等与技术相关的技术问题。
4. Decision maker on deviation approval after risk assessment
4、根据风险评估决策偏差设计。
5. Work with PE to work out design time plan and keep on time update and to meet each milestone is principle
5、根据设计时间规划设计目标，与团队以同一标准进行开发，在节点上统一设计方案。
6. Responsible for current product improvement and modification until full implementation
6、负责产品的设计及修改直到全面实施。
7. Prepare concept design for project cost estimation
7、对项目的成本估算负责
8. Technical support to manufacturing in process and product testing
8、负责制造工艺和产品测试的技术支持、
9. Carry out preliminary test and make proposal to improve design
9、实施初步测试，并提出改革建议。
10.Other tasks from Dept manager
10、部门经理安排的其他任务。

岗位要求
1. Bachelor degree, majored in mechanical design (internal combustion engine design) is appreciated
1、本科以上学历，主修机械设计（内燃机设计）
2. 3 + years working experience is a must
2、3年以上工作经验
3. 2 years experiences in engine component (average 10 different plastic components or metal components) design field or familiar with relevant products is prefer
3、2年相关领域经验，熟悉发动机零部件，（至少10个不同的塑料部件或金属部件）
4. Fluent English in both oral and written, to be able to handle conference call in English
4、熟练的书面和口头英语表达，能够在对话中流利使用英语。
5. Strong background of plastic component design
5、丰富的塑料部件的设计背景。
6. Pressure tolerance and team player is needed
6、良好的抗压性和团队合作精神
7. Skilled in UG, Pro/E, or Catia CAE Knowledge is a plus
7、熟练使用UG, Pro/E，或Catia编程为佳。
8. Plastic parts design experience will be a plus
8、塑料部件设计经验优先。
