宝马，北盛进去工作

我现在是沈阳航空航天大学的应届毕业生，学的是测控技术与仪器，具体来说就是与电子有关，学的主要的是电路，模电数电，单片机。我的单片机软硬件应用的还可以，动手能力也还可以，想去沈阳的宝马或北盛的汽车电子类的职位工作，不知去那都需要什么条件？宝马的电子电器正在招应届毕业生，我该从哪做起？北盛有关汽车电子的有什么职位可供我选择的？
刚要进入社会，问题比较多，请大家多帮帮忙，万分感谢！

I graduated from Shenyang Aerospace University.
At the present, working in BMW, it's not most important for you to choose BMW or GM, it depends whatever you really want in years later.
Futhermore, the salary in the two companies is more or less, as my point of view, either is ok.

据我所知，宝马的专员很少有新毕业的大学生，所以毕业来这里一般都是从段长做起，或者是参加精英培训生计划，过了实习期，进办公室还是有很大机会的！
北盛那里毕业生去了之后，直接去车间轮岗实习，倒班生产，一年之后才能选择干什么具体的岗位。

北盛，估计电子类的没有什么适合的职位，或许可以做PE工程师，不过说是工程师，大概只是和泛亚技术中心的一个联络人而已，跑现场看缺陷状态，然后反馈给泛亚，泛亚评估，bulabula，宝马，进去很难，即便是来参加实习也很难最后签约。
