职位：  Test Supervisor 招聘人数：1人
主要职责：
            Management test group and guide test task distribution to test Engineer
        Test Lead test Engineer to solve various Test Software and tester equipment issue
        Optimize Test Software , write down test report and control test progress
        Maintain Production Test Software and test plans used in production.
        Provide support in troubleshooting manufacturing test equipment.
        Provide assistance on unusual technical problems.
        Responsible for training technicians and machine operators during product launches and trial builds.
        Compile and analyze engineering data; may analyze test and design data and prepare reports.
        Perform work that involves common types of plans, investigations, surveys, structures, and equipment.
        Support off-shift test development and improvement as required (i.e. trial builds, line moves, etc).
        Validate and obtain approval/sign-off of test equipment in accordance with department/company procedures with documentation covering (as appropriate): Calibration routines, Measurement System Analysis (MSA / R&R), Risk Assessment, Maintenance schedule, Recommended spares.
        Establish and demonstrate test capability, and First Time Test Yield goals.
        Assist the Maintenance departments in day-to-day activities and training.
专业要求：
        Bilingual in Chinese and English.
        Good Analog and Digital design experience.
        MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Project scheduler).
        Understanding of Statistical data for Gage R&R and Cpk analysis.
        Knowledge of GenRad 228x test system is desired.
        Dynamic test knowledge is desired.
        Vehicle component test experience is plus  
教育及经验要求：
        Educational: Above BSEE.
        Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Electronics Test or Design.
        Minimum 5 years experience in Automotive Electronics Manufacturing Test is desired.
        Orcad Schematic Capture and AutoCad or AutoCad LT experience is desired.
        Thermal Testing experience is desired.
